Get ready for a Valentine’s Day celebration like no other! On February 14th, join us for Valentine’s Concert, a truly special evening of romance, music, and the unmatched beauty of the saxophone. This one-of-a-kind concert is designed to captivate hearts and celebrate love through the most romantic instrument in existence—the saxophone.
But this isn’t just any performance. We’re bringing together five incredible saxophonists to create an unforgettable evening of musical magic. The acclaimed saxophone quartet, Project Fusion, hailing from Washington, DC, will showcase their artistry on four different types of saxophones, exploring an extraordinary range of sounds and textures. Joining them is soloist Valentin Kovalev, whose passion and artistry will take you on an emotional journey through some of the most beloved and romantic melodies ever written. The program will feature favorite music from iconic films, classical chef-d’œuvre, and the fiery, passionate rhythms of Astor Piazzolla’s tangos.
