Join us for a captivating evening of music and art at the Church of the Holy Trinity on June 28th at 6:30 PM, presented by Altissimo Arts. Experience a unique blend of chamber music and fine art featuring pianist Hanchien Lee, violist Meng Wang, saxophonists Aiwen Zhang and Valentin Kovalev, and cellist Clancy Newman. Our program’s highlight is Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition in a unique arrangement featuring different instruments for each movement. Interspersed throughout this masterwork, we will include short pieces by Debussy, Shostakovich, Gershwin, Say, Williams, and even popular favorites like Bruno Mars’s Uptown Funk (cello solo by Clancy Newman) and Freddie Mercury’s Bohemian Rhapsody. We are honored to welcome Philadelphia-based painter Brooke Lanier, renowned for her evocative depictions of water and boats, as our special guest.
